It said the model was live for image generation in PowerPoint and rolling out to OneDrive for editing. Both model variants were offered to developers through Foundry. The company also acknowledged that generated images can contain plausible but inaccurate details. Its examples and rankings establish the vendor’s intended positioning, rather than a guarantee that every edit preserves an original scene. ## Check what should remain unchanged Our suggested acceptance test starts with the untouched parts of an image. Mark the requested edit, then compare the rest of the output with the original. A successful object replacement is not enough if nearby lettering, a person’s appearance or a product detail also changes. Use examples with crowded backgrounds and repeated objects. Ask reviewers to inspect the full frame rather than only the most obvious edited region. Retain the original file so a rejected modification can be discarded without reconstructing earlier work. ## Separate exploration from final assets The two variants give teams a reason to define different approval thresholds for drafts and finished material. An exploratory mood board may tolerate errors that a customer-facing product illustration cannot. For a production workflow, record the input image, edit instruction, model version and approved output as one revision.
